These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (www.successally.co) operated by Success Ally, LLC, a New York registered company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this site, booking a session, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

If you do not accept these Terms, discontinue use of this site immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use this site or engage our services.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, content, documents, training materials, assessments, graphics, trademarks, and downloadable resources are owned by Success Ally, LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables internally. Redistribution outside your organization requires written approval.


4. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.


5. Service Offerings

Success Ally provides HR consulting, organization design, leadership development, employee experience systems, strategy intensives, and related advisory services.

We may update, modify, or discontinue services without notice.
Existing contracted services will be honored according to the agreed scope.


6. Payment Terms

We accept:

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

  • ACH or bank transfer

  • Check

  • (Optional future) QuickBooks Payments

Invoices are due according to the terms stated in your proposal or engagement agreement.

Fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in a specific engagement contract.


7. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

For strategy intensives, sessions, or consulting meetings:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited.

  • Rescheduling requires a minimum 24-hour notice.

  • No-shows are treated as completed sessions.


8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Participate in scheduled sessions

  • Provide timely access to stakeholders if needed

  • Maintain internal confidentiality

  • Use advice and deliverables responsibly

Success Ally is not responsible for implementing recommendations unless explicitly contracted.


9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, except where disclosure is required by law.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data or case insights for marketing or educational purposes unless the client opts out in writing.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Success Ally, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or reputation.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Success Ally, LLC harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of this site or services.


12. Third-Party Tools & Links

We use third-party platforms, including Wix, PayPal, Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing tools, and scheduling tools.

We are not responsible for the content, security, or policies of these third parties.


13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services for:

  • Non-payment

  • Misuse

  • Abuse or harassment

  • Violations of these Terms


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes must be resolved in New York courts.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will indicate the revision.
